  • Colmado Coffee and Bar, cultural epicenter: This coffee shop located in the heart of the Lastarria neighborhood offers a nearby environment full of activities with a menu quite varied for all tastes. Every day you can find different and entertaining activities such as concerts, DJ sessions, meetings with illustrators, book launches, jazz sessions, among many other things. The place has two floors (the second one is where the activities are mostly generated) that has a decoration based on remodeled wood and many murals by Chilean artists.

  • Brote's Coffee Shop, a vegan option: If you are near the quiet General del Canto street, Providencia, you cannot miss the opportunity to visit this coffee shop free of animal protein. Its specialty coffee importing from Colombia and Peru can be accompanied with a basket of toast of sourdough bread or the classic “lemon pie” that is made with vegetable cream, condensed soy milk and blond organic sugar. Clearly this breakfast will be a good start to your day!

  • Eggy Coffee Shop, ode to the egg: Does your breakfast usually accompany it with eggs? If so, we recommend this new coffee shop located in Providencia, a few steps from the Manuel Montt metro where the egg is the main ingredient, with 12 options to try it. The most recommended is “poached” a crispy toast, with avocado, the poached egg on top and a small salad with cherry tomatoes and watercress. These dishes can accompany them with a specialty coffee "latte" that can be with whole milk, lactose free, soy or skim.
