Are there different types of lease?

Yes, we use two types of contracts:

   1. With the expenses of services included: The monthly value to be paid by the tenants will include the amount of the expenses of services, such us, for               example, common expenses, water, electricity, Internet, etc. In this case, the owner is responsible for paying for the services.

       In this modality, the additional expenses will be included in the monthly payment generally with a monthly consumption limit, therefore, if the tenant has         a higher consumption, he must pay the corresponding difference.

   2. Without the expenses of services included: The monthly value to be paid will be the agreed rental amount, not including additional services. In this case,           the tenant will be responsible for paying for the services.
