How long does Homeurbano take to deliver the first month's rent to the owner?

Homeurbano will make a bank transfer, 24 business hours after the booking is confirmed and once you have approved the lease.

In the event that the tenant has paid by credit/debit card, the amount will be reflected in the Homeurbano account 48 business hours after the transaction has been made; therefore, the bank transfer will be made to you, once the money has been processed.
