How does Homeurbano support owners to choose a tenant?

Homeurbano is a web platform that facilitates the connection between owners and tenants.

A significant number of Homeurbano users are foreigners, in order to access to rent an accommodation they must create a user profile indicating their personal data and address, and they must upload to the system, at least, a copy of their identification.

Additionally, depending on each situation, they will add to their user profile documents that accredit their work activity, that they are studying or doing some other activity in the country.

Homeurbano does not select tenants for departments, does not act as a property broker or real estate agent, it is a platform that facilitates communication between both parties, therefore, the owner can always accept or reject a reservation request made by a user.
