What should I pay at the time of booking?

When making a booking for one of our furnished apartments, you must pay the following:

• First month of accommodation
• Security deposit (amount requested to cover, for example, damages that occur in the accommodation)
• Agency fee (amount destined to Homeurbano, which allows us to cover the expenses of our platform and offer personalized assistance services in our office, by telephone and email)

Of these amounts, the first month of accommodation will be transferred directly to the owner's account. In the case of the security deposit, it is managed by Homeurbano and returned once the accommodation is restored and the service bills have been paid.
