When is my booking confirmed?
The process is the following:
- First, you must enter your booking request, then the owner must respond to it by accepting or denying.
- Once the request is accepted, you will have to make the payment of the booking.
- When the payment is made, you will receive an email indicating that the booking is confirmed, with which you will have access to your payment receipt with the booking detail (accommodation information, owner information and payment details).
- From that moment, you can coordinate directly with the owner all the details of your entrance to the accommodation.
