Wine Routes

Santiago de Chile offers various wine routes alongside the best exponents of the wine culture. The vineyards are divided into sectors specializing in white wine and red wine, which have achieved an international reputation thanks to the variety of strains and their good quality.

Red wine is distributed in the central region. Along the route you can access different vineyards as: Concha y Toro, Cousiño Macul, Errazuriz and Undurraga and many more. Thanks to the excellent climate and soil of the valley of Santiago, Aconcagua and Cachapoal.

The white wine is concentrated in the Casablanca Valley in the Region V of Valparaíso. The natural conditions allow and excellent corp due to the location and topography which are influenced by the sea through a coastal breeze, acting as a moderating force for the thermal conditions. Some of the vineyards, which are forming the Casablanca Valley are: Viña William Cole, Casas del Busque, Indómita Vineyard, Vina Tarapaca and others.

There are several companies which are offering tours to this area. Prices are depending on the type of vineyard and tour you choose.

As a visitor you can taste different types of wine, while being surrounded by beautiful landscapes and high mountains, covered by green vines.
